All of our contracts contain a provision that makes the offer subject to the results of an inspection and the buyer must waive that specific provision. The oost of the home insepection is traditionally borne by the Buyer and the report belongs to the buyer.

In Mississippi, any inspection done where a contract is contingent upon its results must be done by a licensed Mississippi Home Inspector.
